Ground was recently broken on the $285-million, 424,000-square-foot North District Phase 2 Student Housing Development at University of California, Riverside. This intersegmental project, one of the first of its kind in California, will house students from UCR and Riverside Community College District, providing students the opportunity to experience affordable campus living. Design-Built Student Housing Complex at Cal Poly Humboldt Underway
Groundbreaking was recently celebrated for a new residence hall complex for Cal Poly Humboldt, located in California, and the largest student housing project in the university’s history. The 964-bed Cal Poly Humboldt Student Housing Project will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with common lounges, study areas, conference spaces, computer and TV rooms, onsite laundry and a fitness center.
