Swinerton Builders announced the completion of a renovation project at Catawba Ridge High School that establishes a cosmetology training facility for in-district high school students. The 3,345-square-foot multipurpose environment provides the opportunity for hands-on experiential learning. Started last spring, the renovation was complete in time for the 2025-26 scholastic year. The cosmetology renovation converted four existing classrooms into a specialized training environment, complete with a retail salon space. Swinerton Builders announced the topping out of Cordo, an $111 million multifamily development in Charlotte’s Optimist Park and the construction firm’s fifth collaboration with Space Craft.
