MYCON General Contractors Begins Renovation, Modernization of 1970s Office Building

MC KINNEY, Texas — MYCON General Contractors has begun work on the exterior and interior renovation of its future company headquarters, a three-story, 46,071 square-foot office building located at 17311 Dallas Parkway, in Dallas, Texas.

MYCON bought the building in in the fourth quarter of 2015 and will relocate to the new building in the spring of 2017. Originally constructed in 1979 and situated on a 1.9-acre tract, the building will be completely gutted and reskinned.

Construction is targeted for completion in January 2017. O’Brien Architects is the architect.
