HOUSTON, Texas – Gilbane Building Company recently celebrated a major milestone at the site of the Barryknoll multi-family apartment complex project in Houston, Texas.
Gilbane is providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of MetroNational’s new eight-story, 670,000-square-foot multi-family luxury apartment complex. This facility will offer 333 luxury apartment units in one- to three-bedroom layouts; 570 parking spaces; an eighth floor amenity deck with a pool, bar facilities, cabanas, catering kitchen, sitting areas and a dog park.
The entry level will include luxury common space, a fitness center, VIP parking spaces, bicycle maintenance and storage, the leasing center, walk-up apartments and a landscaped interior courtyard. The complex is located in the Memorial City area of Houston, adjacent to the Memorial City Mall and numerous restaurants and retail establishments.
The project is set to begin leasing in November 2018 and be fully completed in August 2019.
