The 2018 collapse of a pedestrian bridge in Miami, Florida served as a headgear wake-up call for Scott Greenhaus. Arab Contractors Company and Abercrombie & Kent recently signed a contract to manufacture a floating tourist hotel (Interbuild 2). The floating hotel will consist of 32 suites with a total of 64 guests and will operate on the Nile River between Luxor and Aswan (Egypt).
