The American Concrete Pavement Association announced the winners of several industry awards, presented alongside the Excellence in Concrete Pavement Awards, at its annual meeting held Nov. 29-Dec. 1 in Nashville, Tennessee. Staten Island Home to First Waste Plastic Roads in New York
