PCL Construction to Deliver Providence Healthcare Facility in Vancouver

Site preparation and construction has begun on the new $1.7-million St. Paul’s Hospital project in Vancouver, Canada. At more than 2 million square feet, this will be the most extensive hospital redevelopment in British Columbia’s history. Multistory Car Park Underway for University Hospitals of Derby, Burton

Construction has begun on a new £6.4-million multistory car park at Queen’s Hospital Burton, located in England. The project is being delivered for University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust to improve the experience for visitors and patients. Set over three stories, the car park is being built on land behind the treatment center on the hospital’s main site, and will provide 425 additional spaces, including designated electric charging points. Phase D provides approximately 39,000 square meters of modern office space and will be the first investment in the region to apply for the WELL Core&Shell certificate.
