ZÜBLIN AG implemented the construction project as general contractor on behalf of CMF Capital GmbH and EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. Inspire Neukölln, a sustainably designed office complex with a total gross floor area of 30,000 square meters, is located on the site of a former printing works. Located in the Leiden Bio Science Park West in the Netherlands, Nexus Leiden comprises 9,100 square meters over four large floors, housing laboratories and offices to support the critical work of life science, health and pharmaceutical companies. CSCEC has held a topping-out ceremony for the Batam United Square Project in Indonesia, marking the completion of the main structure of the high-rise, mixed-use complex in Harbour Bay’s business district.
