Russ Aldridge has joined the Savannah, Georgia, office of JE Dunn Construction as a senior superintendent. Aldridge brings 24 years of industry experience to his position. As a senior superintendent, he provides general leadership and direct management of multiple aspects of projects, including managing project teams, planning all construction sequencing and supervising budgets, safety and quality. The Design-Build Institute of America announces its 2019 Design-Build Project/Team Award Winners, including the Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino Expansion, located in Phoenix, Arizona, which has received a National Design-Build Merit Award in the Rehabilitation/Renovation/Restoration category. Ground Broken for $20M Facility at Fenton Logistics Park

Ground was recently broken for the new $20-million, 182,400-square-foot facility that 1st Phorm will occupy at Fenton Logistics Park in Fenton, Missouri by early next year.
