Skanska and members of the Seaport community recently gathered for a public block party event to celebrate the grand opening of Harbor Way, a 70-foot wide pedestrian promenade with 20,000 square feet of tree-lined open space and retail between Skanska’s 101 Seaport and 121 Seaport office developments, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Gehl introduces four new and improved telescopic handler models for the North American market—the DL11-44 GEN:3, DL11-55 GEN:3, DL12-40 GEN:3 and DL12-55 GEN:3. The new models feature a single-joystick control for boom extension and retraction, attachment tilt, auxiliary hydraulics and forward/neutral/reverse. Robins & Morton held a graduation ceremony this summer in celebration of the nine individuals that completed Robins & Morton’s Craft Mentorship Program, now formally recognized as the Rocky McMichen Field Leadership Program. The ceremony and lunch took place at one of Robins & Morton’s completed projects, the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama, and ended with each member of the program’s inaugural class receiving a promotion to either a foreman or assistant superintendent position. Yuhu Group Australia’s much-anticipated Jewel development reached a significant construction milestone with a community celebration to mark the topping out of the tallest of the project’s three crystalline towers.
