CHULA VISTA, Calif. – Time-lapse video captured nearly 500 cement trucks as they filed onto California’s Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center campus overnight on Saturday, July 29, to pour the base of Sharp HealthCare’s newest hospital, set to open in fall of 2019. M3 Project Becomes UK’s Latest Smart Motorway

Balfour Beatty’s M3 project in Surrey and Hampshire has become the latest road in the UK to be upgraded to a smart motorway. The contract with Highways England is set to improve journey times for 130,000 drivers who use the road each day by converting the hard shoulder into a fourth lane and the introduction of cutting-edge technology. Bechtel Selected to Build First Expressway in Kenya

Bechtel has been selected by the Kenyan National Highways Authority to build the first high-speed expressway in the country.
