FORT MYERS, Fla. – Scott Wells has recently joined Stevens Construction as senior superintendent. Wells joins the company with more than 20 years of construction experience with a specialty in senior care construction. Prior to joining Stevens Construction, Wells served as senior superintendent for construction management firm where he completed more than $400 million in commercial construction, including the 400,000-square-foot Terraces at Bonita Springs, a SantaFe Senior Living Community. Rice University Breaks Ground on New Project

Rice University recently broke ground on the highly anticipated new parking garage and office annex project on the Houston, Texas campus. The six-story, 66,710-square-foot office building will house up to 295 work spaces, depending on office layouts. The east side of the building will be connected to a new seven-level parking garage with 450+ parking spaces.
