The main structure of the Iconic Tower in Egypt’s Alamein Downtown Towers, constructed by CSCEC, recently topped out, marking the complete structural topping of the project. Construction Complete on Zero Carbon-Ready Building in Ontario

Construction is complete on a new industrial property on Mississauga Road in Mississauga, Ontario (Canada). Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the 270,738-square-foot industrial building, located on a redeveloped 14-acre site. The industrial project, known as Meadowvale South, was developed by CanFirst Capital Management on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund VII LP. The project features a 40-foot clear building height, 42 dock-level doors, two grade-level doors, 50-foot-wide by 54-foot-deep bays and a 60-foot staging bay.
