Final Concrete Pour Delivered for 39-Story Development in Sydney, Australia
CPB Contractors has completed the final concrete pour for its delivery of Australia’s Sydney Metro Gadigal Station South over station development project, which will become Indi Sydney—Sydney CBD’s first purpose-built, build-to-rent tower. A topping out ceremony was recently held onsite to mark the completion of all pours on the 39-story structure. The completed structure stands just over 110 meters high and required more than 9,200 cubic meters of concrete, more than 1,500 tons of reinforcement and 1,000 tons of post-tensioning.
