The American Society of Civil Engineers will conduct a public comment period on Standard ASCE/CI/UESI 38-XX Standard Guideline for Investigating and Documenting Existing Utilities. The public comment period will be held through Jan. 23. This nonmandatory consensus standard is core to the practice of SUE.
