 The Concrete Industry Management program – a business-intensive program that awards students with a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Concrete Industry Management – is seeking donations for its 2024 CIM Auction to be held at World of Concrete. VSK Energy to Invest Up to $1.5B to Scale Vertically Integrated Production of American-Made Solar

Vikram Solar, Phalanx Impact Partners and Das & Co. have formed a new U.S. joint venture and majority U.S.-owned and operated company – VSK Energy LLC – with plans to invest up to $1.5 billion to develop a vertically integrated solar manufacturing operation in the United States. BTEA Annual SAFEBUILD Forum Shines Light on Mental Health in Construction

The Building Trades Employers Association, representing 1,200 union contractors in New York, recently held its annual SAFEBUILD national industry forum designed to promote worker safety and salute firms with best practices. Noting that the Centers for Disease Control cites construction workers as having one of the highest rates of suicides of any industry, BTEA leaders said going forward they would broaden their safety focus to include mental wellness and suicide prevention.
