McCarthy Building Companies has begun construction on a new 17-acre equipment and warehouse distribution facility in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The new McCarthy Equipment Operations Hub signals an essential investment to support the company’s projected growth for the Central Region and meet the expanding pipeline of large-scale, complex projects. Ryan Companies, Exalt Health Announce New Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Florida

Ryan Companies US, Inc., in partnership with Exalt Health, has announced plans to develop a new inpatient rehabilitation facility in Riverview, Florida. The 40,000-square-foot facility will offer 40 beds and provide intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients with complex medical conditions. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with the facility scheduled to open in early 2027. The facility will expand access to critical post-acute care in one of Florida’s fastest-growing communities. Construction Begins on Expansion Project at Huron Regional Medical Center

Kraus-Anderson has begun a $13-million expansion project at Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron, South Dakota. Designed by Wold HFR Design, the 7,500-square-foot addition will feature four new operating rooms, staff lockers and a lounge. The project also includes an 11,581-square-foot renovation of the existing operating room suite, endoscopy rooms and pre and post operating rooms, along with a new 19,081-square-foot a sterile processing area and support spaces.
