A construction milestone was recently celebrated with the topping out of a new five-story office building in downtown Huntsville, Alabama. Once complete, the five-story, 77,000-square-foot office building will provide Class A office space and ground floor retail. Bank Independent’s Madison County headquarters will anchor the building on the ground floor and will occupy offices on the second and fifth floors. The remainder will be available for lease and can be customized to meet tenant needs. Cancer Center and Research Institute at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Tops Out

The Northeast Texas Cancer and Research Institute in Tyler, Texas recently topped out. A Cottonwood Development project, the 85,000-square-foot research facility is located on the CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler campus and will provide outpatient care to surrounding communities. General contractor McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. broke ground on the project in May 2021 and is expected to complete construction in September of this year. HostDime and construction firm Robins & Morton recently celebrated the topping out of HostDime’s new Orlando-area corporate headquarters and data center in Eatonville, Florida. When finished, the seven-story, 100,000-square-foot building will house the only enterprise Tier IV public data center in Central Florida, as well as adjoining offices, client-focused and community meeting spaces, sports court and a history of the internet museum. TDIndustries Contributes to Dallas Skyline with Design-Build Project

As The Link at Uptown luxury office tower in Dallas, Texas draws in tenants to its stunning location, TDIndustries celebrates the completion of the mechanical construction phase of the Design-Build project. Over its three years of planning and construction with the owner and project partners Balfour Beatty, BOKA Powell and Kaizen Development, TD installed all of the HVAC, plumbing and building controls for the project, including three 300 ton chillers on the building’s roof. Thoughtful planning early on influenced design decisions that will save future repair and maintenance costs throughout the life of the building.
