Summer Groundbreaking Sets Stage for New Cici & Hyatt Brown Hall for Health & Innovation
This summer, Stetson University will break ground on the new Cici & Hyatt Brown Hall for Health & Innovation, located in Deland, Florida. The end result will be a 120,000-square-foot science complex for students studying the health sciences, environmental sciences and other fields. The building is named for longtime trustees and supporters Hyatt and Cici Brown, who donated $18 million to the project in 2018. Skanska has been selected to build Radford University’s new Center for Adaptive Innovation and Creativity. Located in Radford, Virginia, the $80.5-million, 177,917-square-foot building will replace the existing space for the College of Visual and Performing Arts and create interdisciplinary student spaces. The Fertility Center of Las Vegas Breaks Ground on New Facility
The Fertility Center of Las Vegas, and Design-Build general contractor SR Construction, broke ground on the brand-new Fertility Center of Las Vegas in southern Nevada. The project will consist of the ground-up construction of an 18,500-square-foot fertility clinic, development of the site including the installation of site utilities and traffic signals and other offsite improvements. Ground Broken for The BLVD Water Features Project in Phoenix Suburb
The city of Avondale broke ground on a significant capital project that will be a showpiece at The BLVD, a new development along Avondale Boulevard in the Phoenix, Arizona suburb.
