The $27-million project, designed by CO Architects, comes on the heels of BNBuilders’ recent $6-million renovations to UC Los Angeles’ Agoura Road medical suites and the $23.8-million Geffen Academy renovation in the campus’ Kinross Building. The New Natural Resources Headquarters project in Sacramento, California topped out with its last piece of structural steel at 344 feet. The 22-story office tower will be the new headquarters for the State of California Natural Resources Agency. University of North Texas Dedicates Biomedical Engineering Addition
The dedication of the University of North Texas Biomedical Engineering addition recently took place on the UNT Discovery Park campus. Sundt Construction served as general contractor, with TreanorHL as the architect for the expansion. The $11.6-million project included a 26,250-square-foot addition onto the existing main building at Discovery Park. The project provides much-needed space for the growing biomedical engineering program; the program formerly occupied a small amount of office space within Discovery Park. Heart’s Place Apartments, a supportive housing complex in Arlington Heights, Illinois, was recently completed on behalf of the Housing Opportunity Development Corporation and UP Development.
