Ground has been broken on a 76,000-square-foot addition to Reno Orthopedic Clinic in downtown Reno, Nevada. The four-story addition will connect to the existing 57,000-square-foot clinic. Upon its completion in fall 2020, the new facility will enhance the clinic’s services including physical therapy, with the addition of an advanced imaging center and the expansion of ROC Express Urgent Care, where patients can receive fast treatment with no appointment required. A newly opened 17-story, 206-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North, located in Illinois, recently opened. Mortenson teamed up with lead developer and owner Akara Partners on the $67-million extended-stay hotel, one of the few Home2 Suites by Hilton’s urban high-rise hotels, while also serving as the Design-Builder with Norr Architects. 26,000-SF Museum Highlights Statue of Liberty’s History, Influence + Legacy

The new Statue of Liberty Museum on Liberty Island, just steps away from the national landmark for Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, Inc., has opened. The museum recently held its grand opening following a dedication ceremony. Phelps Construction Group was the general contractor on the project. Hamilton: The Exhibition on Northerly Island Offers Immersive Experience to Visitors

A new 34,000-square-foot exhibit structure is set to welcome thousands of visitors along Lake Michigan on Chicago, Illinois’ Northerly Island. Standing 47-feet tall, the building houses Hamilton: The Exhibition, a 360 degree immersive experience that chronicles the history of Alexander Hamilton.
