The property was formerly home to Natural Grocers and Confluence Kayaks and represents the future site of the aptly named Platte Fifteen, a five-story 150,000-square-foot mixed‐use development. The scope of work includes construction of a new $250-million, state-of-the-art manufacturing campus for generic sterile injectable pharmaceuticals.
