LeChase Oversees Expansion, Renovation of Minisink Valley High School Gymnasium

LeChase Construction Services is overseeing the expansion and renovation of athletic facilities at Minisink Valley High School in Middletown, New York. Taking advantage of the summer break, when the school’s 1,100 students are not in class, construction crews are adding a cardio room and new equipment storage room while upgrading the existing space. The entire project covers about 3,000 square feet and is designed by Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers. The new rooms and renovated space are scheduled to be available for use in the fall, shortly after the start of the 2025-26 school year.

Hoar Construction has announced the ribbon cutting and official completion of the Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a 62,000-square-foot, two-story rehabilitation hospital in Gainesville, Georgia. The 40,000-square-foot facility will offer 40 beds and provide intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients with complex medical conditions.
