Hoar Construction has announced the ribbon cutting and official completion of the Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a 62,000-square-foot, two-story rehabilitation hospital in Gainesville, Georgia. The project, which broke ground in March of 2024, is owned in partnership with Northeast Georgia Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health. Ryan Companies US, Inc., in partnership with Exalt Health, has announced plans to develop a new inpatient rehabilitation facility in Riverview, Florida. The 40,000-square-foot facility will offer 40 beds and provide intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients with complex medical conditions.
