Harkins Announces Expansion with Opening of New Central Virginia/Tidewater Office

Harkins announced the opening of its new office in Richmond, Virginia, a geographic expansion that reflects the company’s growth into Central Virginia/Tidewater. The new office will be led by Senior Project Manager Damion Pizarro. In his role, Pizarro will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects in the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. The expansion plans include hiring opportunities to build a team of construction professionals working alongside several seasoned Harkins’ employee-owners.
