Construction has commenced on a 9.64-acre mixed-use development at the corner of 115th Street and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas. The project is slated to open in late fall of 2026. The centerpiece of the development will be a 100,000-square-foot, four-story AC Hotel by Marriott featuring 126 rooms, a full-service restaurant and bar, 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a dedicated wedding suite. Balfour Beatty has officially topped out the Sacramento International Airport’s new pedestrian walkway, marking a monumental milestone in the delivery of the aviation project. A topping out ceremony was held to commemorate the placement of the final structural beam of the walkway structure signifying major progress on the airport’s newest facility.
