Winter Construction Awarded Contract to Build New Solis Hotel

ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction is building the new Solis Hotel Two Porsche Drive, located adjacent to the new Porsche Cars North America Headquarters and close to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport International Terminal/Concourse F, in Georgia. The Solis Hotel will be eight stories high with 214 guest rooms and signature suites. The hotel will offer refined and approachable restaurants and bars, and 6,500 square feet of event space that includes a 3,600-square-foot ballroom. Stevens Construction to Renovate The Sanctuary Golf Club

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for two club enhancement projects at The Sanctuary Golf Club located at 2801 Wulfert Road, Sanibel, Florida. Stevens Construction is demolishing the existing fitness center and constructing a new 6,000-square-foot fitness facility and sports pool.
