CHICAGO, Ill.—Continued growth in overall construction spending, albeit at a more moderate pace following a strong 2015, supports the stable outlook for the U.S. building and home products and services sector in 2016, according to Fitch Ratings’ 2016 outlook report. ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders has completed an 11,000-square-foot build-out at 417 South Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on behalf of BWT Pharma & Biotech. The asset is owned and operated by Hudson-based Calare Properties. BWT Pharma & Biotech’s new accommodations comprise 8,000 square feet of designated production space and 3,000 square feet of office space. Knutson Breaks Ground on $7.8M Water Treatment Facilities Project

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Knutson Construction has been awarded general contractor for two new water treatment facilities in Minnetrista, Minnesota. The construction of the treatment facilities is designed to increase the water quality for the citizens of Minnetrista and to allow for future capacity expansion. TEMPE, Ariz. — Sundt/Stacy and Witbeck, a joint venture of Sundt Construction, Inc. and Stacy and Witbeck, has been selected to extend light rail service along Main Street in Mesa, Arizona, from Mesa Drive to Gilbert Road. The $75-million construction manager at risk project includes 1.9 miles of concrete-embedded light rail track, underground utility relocations, two new stations and roundabouts, traction power and electrification, signals and communications and a park-and-ride lot at Gilbert Road and Main Street.
