Construction Firms Urged To Take Steps to Improve Workplace Safety
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Associated General Contractors of America and Carolinas Associated General Contractors are urging commercial construction firms across the country to act on 13 specific steps to further improve workplace safety. Construction Employment Rises September 2015 Year-Over-Year
Construction employment expanded in 35 states and the District of Columbia between September 2014 and September 2015, yet only 23 states added jobs between August and September, according to an analysis of Labor Department data recently released by the Associated General Contractors of America. Korte Begins Work on VCA Decatur Animal Hospital
The Korte Company is beginning work on a new 2-story veterinarian hospital for VCA Decatur Animal Hospital, located at 1117 North Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new 5,527-square-foot facility will be built adjacent to the existing clinic, which will remain in place and operational during the construction.
