Skanska has invested about $460 million in phase 1 of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use project located in Poznan, Poland. The six-story office building will have a total leasable area of around 270,000 square feet, with two underground parking levels. Nowy Rynek is Skanska’s third commercial development in Poznan.
