The grand opening of the $35-million Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada, was recently celebrated with a fireworks show. PCL Construction served as the general contractor. Named after the longtime Cochrane resident, the Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge does what he was best known for: connect the community.
