The structural topping-out ceremony of the Cavalli tower, a luxury residential project undertaken by China State Construction in Dubai, has been achieved. Located at the intersection of Dubai Media City and Palm Jumeirah in Al Sofouh, the 71-story tower reaches 306 meters with one basement level and offers panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah. The project features an onsite wastewater treatment plant that purifies and recycles water locally, reducing reliance on municipal supply.
