Co-developers CRG, the real estate development group of Clayco and Venture One Real Estate recently broke ground on a 1,000,560-square-foot distribution center in University Park, Illinois. The state-of-the-art 36-foot clear cross-dock distribution facility will be occupied by Georgia Pacific upon completion. The Georgia Pacific distribution center is the first building in Gateway 57 Industrial Park in University Park, a 127-acre development located at the northwest corner of the newly constructed interchange of I-57 and Stuenkel Road. A Sundt team ran into just such an issue on a project for Southwestern College and quickly developed a way to climb out of the hole. Hensel Phelps has completed the construction of four new residence halls for Quantum Equity One LLC at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. The four brand-new residence halls provide an additional 1,204 beds for students. The design and construction of this project was a collaborative effort between Hensel Phelps’ Development Group and Construction Group.
