ATLANTA, Ga. – Winter Construction is building the new Solis Hotel Two Porsche Drive, located adjacent to the new Porsche Cars North America Headquarters and close to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport International Terminal/Concourse F, in Georgia. The Solis Hotel will be eight stories high with 214 guest rooms and signature suites. FORT MYERS, Fla. – Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for two club enhancement projects at The Sanctuary Golf Club located at 2801 Wulfert Road, Sanibel, Florida. Stevens Construction is demolishing the existing fitness center and constructing a new 6,000-square-foot fitness facility and sports pool. The new hotel is being developed by RBHD and owned by Rockbridge, and will span an entire city block in the historic River Street district.
