The “INK – Inspire Neukölln,” at Ballinstrasse 15 (Germany), celebrates its successful completion. Ed. ZÜBLIN AG implemented the construction project as general contractor on behalf of CMF Capital GmbH and EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. Inspire Neukölln, a sustainably designed office complex with a total gross floor area of 30,000 square meters, is located on the site of a former printing works.
