Gilbane Building Company has completed the renovation and expansion of the new Grand Avenue Neighborhood Center for the City of Orlando, Florida. Gilbane partnered with Borrelli + Partners and JCB Construction to provide Design-Build services to expand and renovate an existing 1926 Mediterranean revival architecture building that originally served the community as a school.
