STOCKTON, Calif. – Sundt Construction, Inc. broke ground earlier this month on a new student housing complex for the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. The $36-million project is being developed by Capstone Development Partners, a private student housing developer known for partnering with colleges and universities to develop student housing that supports the student experience. Seneca County and the city of Tiffin, Ohio, will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony for the Joint Justice Center at Courthouse Square in downtown Tiffin today, July 22. The long-anticipated project is the first joint county-city court system housed under the same roof in the state of Ohio. The facility will be built adjacent to the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium on 120 acres and is estimated to cost $76 million.
