Ground was recently broken by Willmeng Construction Inc. for a new $115-million, master-planned Class A industrial space located within Glendale, Arizona’s New Frontier District. The first phase of the project includes a 705,531-square-foot facility and 488,995-square-foot building, which equals over 1.25 million square feet when combined into a single structure. At full build-out, Park303 is set to encompass 4.5 million square feet of Class A industrial space, significantly increasing the amount of rentable space in the West Valley.
