Joint Venture Tapped for New Adult Corrections Facility Replacement Project in Canada

The negotiations between the government of Newfoundland and Labrador and New Avalon Corrections Partners have culminated in a final project agreement, which includes financial close on the Adult Corrections Facility Replacement Project in Canada. In June, ground was broken on the site as the result of an Early Works Agreement valued at approximately $1.5 million, that allowed NACP to begin site preparation while the comprehensive project agreement was being finalized. New Novant Health $154M Ballantyne Hospital, Medical Office Building Complete

Construction of the new Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Center campus in Charlotte, North Carolina is complete. Robins & Morton served as the general contractor and HDR served as the architect. The $154-million investment brings acute care resources to the growing suburban population in South Charlotte through a 216,236-square-foot hospital, which includes a 57,509-square-foot medical office building.
