Caverion and Skanska have been selected by the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District as its alliance partners for the first phase of the Future Hospital OYS 2030 project, concerning the development of its B-building. The project is implemented through an alliance model where the execution is preceded by a development stage. During this stage, the plans are developed in collaboration with alliance partners, hospital line management and personnel. The municipality of Vlaardingen and Heijmans have signed a letter of intent for the development of the former Vijfsluizen sports park. Heijmans intends to develop and construct between 300 and 400 homes at that location.
