McCarthy Building Companies Celebrates Completion, Topping Out of Vantage Data Centers in Goodyear, Arizona

General contractor McCarthy Building Companies recently completed the fully commissioned AZ13 building for Vantage Data Centers, a provider of hyperscale data center campuses. AZ13 is the third of five planned data centers at Vantage’s AZ1 campus in Goodyear to be constructed and delivered by McCarthy’s Mission Critical team. The team is simultaneously celebrating the topping out of AZ14 on the same campus, which is expected to complete in summer 2026. Construction completed on the $42-million, six-level, 429,000-square-foot Mill Avenue Parking Structure for Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. The new parking structure, a design-build partnership between DFDG Architecture and general contractor McCarthy Building Companies, adds 1,205 parking spaces to the busy area and provides designated valet parking for the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, as well as for events at the Nelson Fine Arts Center and Gammage Auditorium. Central Arizona College celebrated the groundbreaking of the Superstition Mountain Campus expansion project in Pinal County, Arizona, which will provide new buildings for Allied Health and Skilled Trades, as well as renovations to the college’s existing C building.
