The new Mitikah mixed-use development recently opened in Mexico City, and includes the largest retail center in Latin America. Stantec provided retail design as part of the larger project design team with Cesar Pelli, Enrique Norten, SMA and Colonnier y Asociados. The builder was Parks. The expansive development will be home to residential and commercial space, including a movie theater, major department stores and more than 280 retail spaces spanning five floors, adding up to nearly 1.29 million square feet. NASHVILLE, Tenn. – General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie joined Highwoods Properties to mark a milestone in the construction of a new headquarters facility in the Ovation mixed-use development within the Cool Springs district of Franklin, Tennessee. After nearly three years of construction, Clark has completed the much-anticipated Central Place Residential Tower, redefining the skyline in Arlington, Virginia. The 31-story mixed-use development offers 377 luxury apartments in Arlington’s bustling Rosslyn neighborhood.
