CSCEC has held a topping-out ceremony for the Batam United Square Project in Indonesia, marking the completion of the main structure of the high-rise, mixed-use complex in Harbour Bay’s business district. The project has now moved into the next construction phase. Spanning 5,673 square meters with a total floor area of about 75,000 square meters, the development includes a six-story podium, 34-story office tower and a 33-story hotel and serviced apartment building, rising to 137.3 meters.
