Hard Hat Heroes Credentialing Portal Releases Navy, Air Force Alignments

ALACHUA, Fla. — Build Your Future’s military initiative, Hard Hat Heroes, has expanded its credentialing portal by releasing alignments for two new branches: Navy and Air Force. Through this portal, veterans can apply to receive NCCER industry-recognized credentials for the construction-related training they received while in the military. With these newest additions, credentials are now available to the Army, Navy and Air Force. Alabama Electrical Training Instructor Named ABC’s Craft Instructor of the Year

NCCER Announces 2017 Board of Trustees

ALACHUA, Fla. — NCCER elected Chip Reid, CEO of Current Builders in Pompano Beach, Florida, as its 2017 board of trustees’ chairman. Reid succeeds Ed Cassady, CEO of Energy Services in Nashville, Tennessee, who remains a member of the executive committee. C. New Credentialing Portal Provides Construction Career Opportunities for Veterans

ALACHUA, Fla. – Part of the Build Your Future military initiative, NCCER has recently released the first of its kind military credentialing portal. The Hard Hat Heroes Credentialing Portal allows veterans to receive NCCER credit for skills and training they already received while in the service. Each individual that meets the criteria can fill out an online application and submit documentation to be reviewed and potentially entered into the NCCER Registry System.
