Upgraded amenities and heightened experiences for fans and student-athletes are on deck as JE Dunn Construction begins a $9-million renovation of Russ Chandler Stadium, the home of Georgia Tech baseball located in Atlanta, Georgia. The demolition of an existing one-story building paves the way for construction of a 25,379-square-foot, two-story structure. The new facility will include three indoor batting tunnels, indoor pitching lab, event hall space, concessions and roof terrace. Construction Begins at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River Campus in Texas

Construction on the Clearfork building at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River Campus in Fort Worth, Texas, has recently begun. The project team includes Sundt Construction, Inc., Bennett Benner Partners and JJA Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants. Construction will include 123,000 square feet of renovation to four-and-a-half floors between two buildings on the Trinity Rivers campus. McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., recently completed a renovation and expansion project at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. Renovations for the university’s Student Union at Hubbard Hall were phased and portions of the building remained occupied during construction. Build-Out Adds Auditorium, Conference Space at Texas Children’s Hospital Research Institute

A two-floor build-out within the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute at Texas Children’s Hospital, has recently been completed by McCarthy Building Companies. The project included 32,000 square feet of auditorium and conference space to host research symposiums, scientific seminars and other programs featuring the world’s leading experts in genetics, neurology and neuroscience.
