Construction firm Robins & Morton completed a new $120 million, 131,000-square-foot long-term care facility for the Cherokee Indian Hospital Authority in Cherokee, North Carolina. The facility — called the Tsali Care Center — stands two stories and contains 120 private resident rooms. It is devoted to the care of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and will feature skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care services, in addition to a dialysis center. The 415,500-square-foot, 250-bed project will replace a 139-year-old psychiatric hospital. For nearly 140 years, Terrell State Hospital has played a crucial role in providing services to Texans in need. HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital Completes Phase One in $60M Expansion

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital, located in Port Charlotte, Florida, has completed phase one of its $60 million expansion and renovation project that increases the hospital’s capacity and broadens its offerings. Opened to the public on May 13, the project included expanding critical care units by 12 rooms, increasing the number of pre-operative treatment areas to 43 bays, renovation of the main lobby, waiting rooms and registration areas and the addition of a chapel and coffee shop.
