Ribbon Cutting Held for Centra Langhorne Medical Center

A ribbon cutting of Centra Langhorne Medical Center was held Dec. 3 in Lynchburg, Virginia. The five-story, 126,813-square-foot medical office building features pre-surgery, imaging, outpatient rehabilitation, endocrinology, brain and spine, urology, pulmonology and pain management services. The facility centralizes multiple specialists and increases access to healthcare for the Lynchburg community. Additionally, Centra partnered with the city of Lynchburg to develop an added entry with parking to Blackwater Creek Trail as part of the new property. Robins & Morton served as the general contractor. Haskell was the architect.

A topping-out celebration was held for Duke Health Cary B200 building in Cary, North Carolina, signifying the structural completion of the project. The five-story, 111,014-square-foot expansion facility will add hospital services at the existing location, providing access to care closer to the rapidly growing population in Wake County. The one-story, 10,862-square-foot acute-care facility will bring emergency services to the Rigsby neighborhood on the east side of San Antonio. The facility is a joint-venture partnership between Baptist Health System and Emerus.
