The International Code Council’s annual Building Safety Month begins this week and continues through May 31. For 46 years, Building Safety Month has helped people understand the impact that building codes have on their daily lives. The International Code Council’s month-long educational campaign, which raises awareness about the importance of building codes in establishing and ensuring the safety of the built environment, kicks off May 1.
