The Dutch subsidiary of STRABAG, ZÜBLIN Nederland B.V., will carry out a major residential construction project in Amsterdam (Netherlands) worth around 139 million euros for Greystar. The three-part building complex — &Amsterdam — with a total gross floor area of 57,017 square meters, will be built in the Amstel III development area located in southeast Amsterdam, an area undergoing a transformation from a monofunctional office district into a lively urban neighborhood. Mixed-Use Project in Austria Awarded to STRABAG

A mixed-use project with a usable floor space of around 40,000 square meters is being built on a site previously used as a parking lot in Muthgasse, located in Vienna’s Döbling district in Austria. STRABAG secured the contract from WBV-GPA in a bidding process. Multifunctionality and affordability are the hallmarks of the project at Muthgasse 50.
