New MOB in New York to Deliver 400,000-SF Class A Office Space

A 30-story medical office building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side recently topped out. Developed by Extell Development Company, the 400,000-square-foot facility, slated for completion in 2025, will house doctors’ offices, medical treatment centers and retail space on the ground floor.
