Arlington, Virginia’s new transit operation and maintenance facility recently opened its doors to employees and a more sustainable transit future. Designed by Stantec and built by Turner Construction Company, the facility provides ART with a centralized, modern headquarters that supports its growing operations and transition to a battery electric bus fleet. A mixed-use project with a usable floor space of around 40,000 square meters is being built on a site previously used as a parking lot in Muthgasse, located in Vienna’s Döbling district in Austria.
